Christmas 2007

We celebrated Christmas in Bear Lake, Ut with the Andrews at the new cabin. It was awesome. We had a great time with the family, enjoyed the annual Andrews Christmas Eve party, and even went snowmobiling/boarding.

Every year we go to Lake Powell with the Olsen's for Labor Day. We had a great time this year. Mac has 2 cousins his age and 2 older so this was a fun vacation for him. Plus he loved the boat, water, and watching everyone wakeboard, wakeskate, ski, tube, cliff jump, hike, etc.

Yep, we went western...and had a great time at Dan and Sandra's Halloween party. Dan and Sandra are our friends: Dan also works with Chad and Sandra babysits Mac weekly. They're great.

Mac's Blessing Day

Mac was blessed on November 18th by Chad. We were thankful for all that were a part of this special day: Great Grandma Olsen (from Mayfield, UT) G-ma and G-pa Andrews (drove from S.F. UT,) G-ma and G-pa Olsen and Uncle Cam, Hal and Janie Whitney (Olsen family friends-- all in Parker, Colorado-about an hour north of us,) the Carter family (our friends and the family that babysat Mac during the school year,) and Eric Jackson (our friend and home teacher--all live in the Springs)

In December the Olsen's took us all on a wonderful vacation to the Bahamas. It was awesome and we had a lot of fun. It was neat to be in another country. The weather was nice, the beach was great, and the resort (Atlantis on Paradise Island, Nausau) was one of the coolest places we've been. We enjoyed the water park, the marine life (there were huge aquariums everywhere,) and especially spending time with the family. These are some of our favorite pics.

Updates from Winter Season

It's been awhile since we updated our blog but we vow to keep it current now that we have the whole taking care of a child (and trying to be normal) thing down. The school year went by fast and before we knew it it was over. The winter season was filled with snowboarding trips, visits to Utah, Oregon, and even the Bahamas, and a new four wheeler too. Mac is a happy boy and loves throwing/chasing balls, anything with buttons, wheels and especially things that make noise and move. His ulimate fav. is being outside and playing with steeringwheels. We have included posts with pictures that highlight our events from the winter season. Check them out...
